The spring flows between Kishor and Yarka and into the Beit HaEmek River. Its name is given to it thanks to its spectacular and deceptive beauty, most days of the year it is dry, but after the rains, it stems with great intensity and completely fills the pool reflected in spectacular colors. The process then changes so that sometimes the pool is full and sometimes empty, which gave it its Arabic name Ein Magnona. Over the years we have discovered that a number of rows of vineyards bear different fruit, budding, and of a unique character. We chose to produce a separate wine from these vines and call it by the name of the spring closest to the Ein Yifam Winery, which expresses the beauty that will be revealed to us from the earth.
