Hagit Stern, born in Avdon in the Western Galilee, turned her love of cooking and baking into a lifelong profession. The deep roots in Tunisian and Galilean culinary culture constantly inspire her creations. After a successful career in high-tech, Hagit turned to studying professional baking and cooking at the esteemed Estella and completed her studies in France at Perpignan.

At Brioche Catering in Nahariya, Hagit brings to life the aromas of her childhood along with the refined techniques she has acquired. She is careful to use the highest quality raw materials, many of them from the Galilee itself, to create a rich variety of dishes, salads, pastries, and desserts. The menu combines traditional Mediterranean cuisine with authentic French flavors, with some products, such as butter and chocolate, imported directly from Europe.
