Adi Shmuel invites you to her Queen of Sheba Workshop, a workshop that introduces you to traditional Ethiopian cuisine combined with a personal touch.
The workshop takes place at her home in Kibbutz Beit HaEmek in the Western Galilee, near the avocado groves. An experiential workshop full of cooking and working together where we will create a stunning meal together!
The workshop opens with a delightful welcome of hot pastry from the oven alongside various dips and cakes, all combined with flavors from Ethiopian cuisine. There is also coffee, orange juice, and water with fresh fruit.
After we have satisfied our hunger, we will start touching the raw materials and creating the dishes for our festive meal.
What Will We Prepare:
Ultimately, we will enjoy a worthwhile honey dessert that we have created because there is nothing as sweet as honey in Ethiopia!
After the preparation, we will sit down for another meal, and at the end of the meal, everyone will take a recipe booklet and a box to fill with the remaining tastings home
