In this engaging and practical workshop, you will learn valuable tips for maintaining your health in general, with a special focus on the winter season.
You will learn about common Mediterranean kitchen spices and how to blend them into an effective herbal formula to address typical winter ailments, such as the common cold and respiratory issues.
Discover how to protect you and your family’s health naturally and simply by creating healing remedies from spices you already have at home.
At the end of the workshop, each participant will take home the remedy they have created.
Tamara Kuperstein has been working in natural pharmacy for 25 years. Her practice draws deep inspiration from the plant kingdom, medicine, and the natural world. She specializes in crafting natural remedies that synthesize ancient Ayurvedic wisdom with Western pharmaceutical knowledge. She integrates these principles, along with her extensive professional experience, into every product she develops.
Price: 250 NIS per person, including all materials and chai.
