Personal Story
Asia Halabi Daher
At Asia’s home, the hospitality experience begins long before anyone sits down at the table. At her home in Yanuh — perched on the mountainside with a stunning view — she cooks fresh meals daily.
She prepares separate pots for each group of guests, using high-quality ingredients, seasonal vegetables, and herbs she grows herself. The table is laden with salads, homemade pastries, traditional Druze dishes, and her own handmade desserts — all accompanied by a genuine introduction to Druze culture and Asia’s personal story.
The kosher hospitality offers a variety of options — meat, vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free — all served with generosity, warmth, and personal attention for every group. It is more than a meal; it is a chance to step into Asia’s home, enjoy the scenery, discover the culture through food, and truly feel like a welcome guest. At the end of the meal, Asia will happily offer to let you take home any leftovers. Want to enjoy Asia’s flavors at your own location? Her homemade Druze cuisine is also available for events outside Yanuh, so you can bring her culinary experience wherever you choose.

Asia Halabi Daher of Yanuh and Nohad Bisan of neighboring Jat come together, united by a shared love of food and hospitality. They invite you to a rich, kosher winter feast featuring traditional Druze cuisine, hosted at Asia’s home in Yanuh.
