Eid Sawaid, a national guide to Bedouin heritage at the Ministry of Education, decided before his retirement to fulfill a dream and open a Bedouin hospitality complex where he could combine his lectures on Bedouin heritage, his tours of the Kamanneh area and his desire to engage in bringing hearts together with experiential Bedouin hospitality. Ekhlass, his wife who until then ran a nursery school, joined him and together they founded Al E’in Tent, which also offers traditional and kosher meals.
