Adi, the owner of Adush, opens her home to you for a meeting that is both a meal, work with your hands, and a simple meditation of connection.
We will start with a luxurious welcome:
Then we will dive into the next step and together we will create five types of fillings:
The act of rolling, folding and filling is a precise movement that repeats itself, and brings with it confidence, listening, and presence.
We will finish with another meal around a lush table, and each participant will receive a recipe booklet and a box to take home with flavors, inspiration and memories.
Adi Shmuel is a baker and chef who conducts cooking and baking workshops in her private home in Kibbutz Beit HaEmek. Her workshops are varied, full of experience, pleasant, warm, and delicious!

Cooking and baking was always Adi’s passion. After giving birth to her fourth child and the onset of the pandemic, she decided to leave her job and follow her heart’s desire to host and share her love for cooking and baking with people in her private kitchen.
