One of Adush’s most popular workshops. This hands-on experience will teach you how to make grape/chard leaves and cabbage stuffed with rice and greens, onions stuffed with meat and freekeh, Boyoz meat and Harissa, and Kubbeh – all with a very high level of aesthetics that will decorate and enrich your dining table.
The workshop begins with a sumptuous breakfast of Kubaneh/Focaccia, persimmon carpaccio, egg salad, caramelized onions, and various dips made by Adi. After eating our fill, we will start creating the workshop. In the end, we will sit down for another meal because we’ll be hungry again by then! Each participant will take home a recipe booklet and box to fill with the delicious creations they have prepared.
The duration of the workshop is about 4 hours.
The cost per participant is 430 NIS, including materials, training, two meals, and recipes.
Cooking and baking was always Adi’s passion. After giving birth to her fourth child and the onset of the pandemic, she decided to leave her job and follow her heart’s desire to host and share her love for cooking and baking with people in her private kitchen.
