Shahaf Avraham and Tomer Swisa are friends from the north who worked together.
Tomer, who studied with Hans and Galit Bartela, with Estella and also interned in France; creates cakes and pastries that are no less beautiful than they are delicious. The place is decorated in a pleasantly eclectic style, including a bar made of bicycles that the two dismantled and rebuilt.
The place offers a wide variety of pastries and confectionery products, including yeast cakes, shortbread cakes, chocolate and cheesecakes, mousses, croissants, quiches, and more.
The pastry shop has a cafe, where you can sit and combine the pastries with a fine coffee or simply take them home.
Shahaf Avraham and Tomer Swisa are friends and co-workers from northern Israel, who decided to make their dream come true and opened Tosha. The name “Tosha” is a combination of their names ― Tomer and Shahaf.
