Tomer, who studied with Hans and Galit Bartela, with Estella and also interned in France; creates cakes and pastries that are as beautiful as they are delicious. Tosha is designed with a comfortable eclectic feel in the open air a pleasant atmosphere, and multiple seats in unique corners around the complex – a young and refreshing complex in the Galilean landscape.
You can sit comfortably in the bakery and order from the variety of delicacies on the menu – a wide variety of pastries and confectionery products – cakes of all shapes and sizes, mousses, croissants, cookies, and more alongside delicious and quality coffee.
You can also indulge in a variety of snacks made from fresh and different vegetables grown in the area, such as zucchini pancakes, a plate of roasted beets, and more.
You can also purchase deli products, fine Galilean wines, and more.
In addition, there are also stunning bouquets made by a flower market in which you can purchase and delight loved ones or decorate your home.
Western Galilee Now is a registered non-profit grassroots organization (NGO) promoting awareness and appreciation for the region’s boutique wines, beers, food and produce, along with its cultural diversity, its historic traditions and the area’s scenic routes nestled between the mountains and the Mediterranean Sea acting as a Chamber of Commerce to boutique tourism operators in the region.
We expose the visitors to the unique heritage and hospitality through workshops, culinary events, art, music, guides tours, festivals and also through our Tourist Information Center in Akko, owned by JNF USA which we were chosen to operate since Jan. 2016.
Our vision is to develop local and foreign tourism based on close cooperation between all the interested parties in the region.
