At Tosha, we believe that great food is one of the best ways to bring people together.
Over the years, we have developed a hospitality experience that brings the flavors and atmosphere of Tosha to private and corporate events alike – from intimate morning meetings and toast celebrations, to company events, family gatherings and special occasions.
Our event platters and catering offerings feature freshly baked goods, sandwiches, pastries, salads, desserts and handcrafted dishes prepared daily, with a focus on high-quality ingredients, beautiful presentation and personal service.
Our goal is simple: to let you host with peace of mind, while we take care of the food and allow it to do what it does best – create connections and bring people closer together.
Behind Tosha are Tomer Suissa and Shahaf Avraham – friends, partners and creative minds for over a decade.
Both grew up in the Galilee and, over the years, gained extensive experience in kitchens, restaurants, bakeries and pastry shops throughout Israel. Along the way, they always shared the same dream: to create a place of their own – one that would combine carefully crafted food with a true sense of home and hospitality.
In 2016, Tosha was born – a name created from the combination of Tomer and Shahaf, but above all, a reflection of their shared love for baking, hosting and life in the Galilee.
To this day, Tomer and Shahaf continue to lead the way, developing new products, creating unique flavors and bringing their passion for quality food and warm hospitality to every guest who visits.
Western Galilee Now is a registered non-profit grassroots organization (NGO) promoting awareness and appreciation for the region’s boutique wines, beers, food and produce, along with its cultural diversity, its historic traditions and the area’s scenic routes nestled between the mountains and the Mediterranean Sea acting as a Chamber of Commerce to boutique tourism operators in the region.
We expose the visitors to the unique heritage and hospitality through workshops, culinary events, art, music, guides tours, festivals and also through our Tourist Information Center in Akko, owned by JNF USA which we were chosen to operate since Jan. 2016.
Our vision is to develop local and foreign tourism based on close cooperation between all the interested parties in the region.
