Tosha Bakery is a pastry shop and cafe in Achziv facing the sea.
Shahaf Avraham and Tomer Swisa are friends from the north who worked together for several years. After many years of experience in leading restaurants in the country, the two decided to fulfill their common dream and opened the Tosha Bakery. The name comes from a combination of their names ― Tomer and Shahaf.
Tomer, who studied with Hans and Galit Bartela, with Estella and also interned in France; creates cakes and pastries that are no less beautiful than they are delicious. The place is decorated in a pleasant eclectic style in the open air with a pleasant atmosphere, multiple seating areas in unique corners throughout the complex ― a young and refreshing complex in the landscape.
You can sit comfortably there and order from the variety of delicacies on the menu ― a wide variety of pastries and confectionery products ― cakes of all shapes and sizes, mousses, croissants, cookies, and more alongside delicious and quality coffee.
You can also indulge in a variety of fresh and different vegetable side dishes made from the region, such as zucchini fritters, a plate of roasted beets, and more.
The place also has delicatessen products that you can buy for home or as a gift combined with fine wine and, of course, confectionery flavors.
In addition, there are also stunning flower bouquets from the flower market that you can purchase and delight loved ones or decorate your home.
