Basma Hino, the owner of Noor Restaurant and an inspiring woman, invites you to a pampering Druze brunch in the heart of the picturesque village of Julis. The meal includes an exciting personal encounter with an extraordinary woman, an IDF widow, who succeeded against all odds in establishing a successful business and has been working tirelessly for IDF soldiers since the beginning of the war. Thanks to her work, she was even invited to light a torch on the 76th Independence Day of the State of Israel.
On the Brunch Menu:
Fattoush salad, labaneh, tahini, hummus, baba ghanoush salad (eggplant salad in tahini), jabna (traditional Arabic cheese made on site), manakish (pitta with za’atar and peppers), omelet or shakshuka to choose from and for dessert black coffee and handmade pastries.
“Noor” is a Galilean Druze-style and kosher restaurant. Noor serves excellent Druze breakfasts, lunches, dinners and brunches based on fresh vegetables, herbs and local flavors, traditional homemade food, local ingredients, and fresh vegetables grown in and around the village.
