Baking workshops on the Tava at Sweet Moments in the settlement of Yanuh-Jat, led by pastry chef and owner Nohad Bisan. The workshops are held in the family orchard (estate) where olive trees and spice plants grow or on the balcony of Nohad’s house facing a breathtaking Galilean landscape. The workshops include baking fatayer with a variety of fillings and a shared meal combining seasonal vegetables and a variety of salads.
The workshop is intended for 2-15 people. The duration of the activity is two to three hours. Must be arranged a week in advance.
