Adelina Restaurant, as a chef restaurant in the north, has set itself a goal ― to help and promote the food and wine culture in the region and therefore is careful to stock only wines from the Galilee region and prefers local raw materials first and foremost, but without compromising on quality, in order to maintain authenticity and promote one of the most beautiful regions in the Land of Israel.
The chef’s restaurant is the sum of its components: the place, the view, and the food, all of which together give the diner a gastronomic experience and a classic Galilean vacation atmosphere.

The chef of the Adelina Restaurant, today leads the restaurant along with his skilled team, and they serve a menu that combines the flavors and raw ingredients of the Galilee with Spanish-Catalan cuisine.
Western Galilee Now is a registered non-profit grassroots organization (NGO) promoting awareness and appreciation for the region’s boutique wines, beers, food and produce, along with its cultural diversity, its historic traditions and the area’s scenic routes nestled between the mountains and the Mediterranean Sea acting as a Chamber of Commerce to boutique tourism operators in the region.
We expose the visitors to the unique heritage and hospitality through workshops, culinary events, art, music, guides tours, festivals and also through our Tourist Information Center in Akko, owned by JNF USA which we were chosen to operate since Jan. 2016.
Our vision is to develop local and foreign tourism based on close cooperation between all the interested parties in the region.
