Here is a recipe from Hasi’s private kitchen: gluten-free, easy-to-make tahini muffins made from quality Galilean tahini and natural sesame.
There’s nothing like opening the morning with a delicious muffin and a glass of freshly squeezed juice!
Ingredients:
- 3 eggs (beaten)
- 6 tablespoons of tahini
- 1/4 teaspoon of baking soda
- 1 tablespoon of silan (date honey) or honey
- A pinch of salt
Preparation:
1. Mix all the ingredients and put them into a muffin baking tray
2. Bake for 20 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius
