Stuffed Chicken — Stern Winery
Ingredients:
2 chickens with their skin
For the Sauce:
Olive oil, salt, pepper, sweet paprika
For the Stuffing:
3 slices of challah bread – cut into pieces
3/4 cup of water
4-5 green onions
Salt
Pepper
2 eggs
Soup powder
Preparation:
1. Coat the chicken with the sauce.
2. Mix all of the ingredients of the stuffing and stuff the chicken.
3. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius.
4. Put the stuffed chicken in the oven for 20 min.
5. Check from time to time and pour the liquids on top of the chicken. Let them roast nicely.
6. Preferably turn them around from time to time.
7. Don’t’ forget to drink red wine! Preferably Stern wine!
