Spelt Crepe – a recipe for 15 units, recipe by Sharon Perez from the Yodfat Cafe
Ingredients:
- 1 liter of milk
- 4 eggs
- 50 grams of melted butter
- 300 grams of spelt flour
- 100 grams wholemeal flour
- ¼ teaspoon of salt
Preparation:
- In a large bowl, mix all the liquids together well
- In another bowl, mix the flours and salt
- Slowly pour the liquids on the flour and mix well until everything is combined
- Place in the refrigerator for at least an hour before use
- Mix well again before each use
