The Yodfat Cafe in Boacha Yodfat was founded out of a love for food, people, nature, and culture.
This wonderful combination is reflected in the cafe on all levels ― in the aesthetically designed premises, in the delicious and special food made from local ingredients from the Galilee ― olive oil from Yodfat, local sourdough breads, Malka beer, and a variety of local wines.

Michal Ezrony, born in Yodfat, has specialized in the culinary field around the world for years. When she returned to Yodfat in 2003, she opened a wine shop in her home. The store has evolved, added manufacturers, artists, and initiatives of the local people were added. This is how an eclectic, regional, and unusual variety was created, which took shape into a new and impressive complex built at the entrance to Yodfat — Boacha Yodfat.
Western Galilee Now is a registered non-profit grassroots organization (NGO) promoting awareness and appreciation for the region’s boutique wines, beers, food and produce, along with its cultural diversity, its historic traditions and the area’s scenic routes nestled between the mountains and the Mediterranean Sea acting as a Chamber of Commerce to boutique tourism operators in the region.
We expose the visitors to the unique heritage and hospitality through workshops, culinary events, art, music, guides tours, festivals and also through our Tourist Information Center in Akko, owned by JNF USA which we were chosen to operate since Jan. 2016.
Our vision is to develop local and foreign tourism based on close cooperation between all the interested parties in the region.
