Recipe for “Naskanen”
Ingredients
- 1 kg of regular flour
- 1 tablespoon of dry yeast
- 3 tablespoons of sugar
- 3 tablespoons of oil
- 1 tablespoon of salt
- 3 cups of tap water
Preparation instructions
- Prepare the dough in a mixer
- Knead the dough
- Divide into balls
- Roll each ball into a thin sheet. Spread butter or margarine. Fold. Let it rest.
- Place on an electric griddle. You can also use a frying pan.
Serve with jam, honey, cheese, etc….
