A small village at the edge of the mountain with many shades to it. Between the voices of children in the kindergartens, the rehearsals of the kibbutz dance company, between music recordings of international DJs, and the clucking of chickens in the coop. Between the paths, a heart beats that is a full mosaic life.
As part of the Western Galilee Now July Art Festival, a unique collaboration was forged between Insiders ― the personal creations project of the dancers of the kibbutz dance company, and the Collective ― a group of artists in Kibbutz Ga’aton.
This is the third year in which local creators, dancers, and artists have met for a collaboration that has become a special tradition ― a lively and vibrant encounter between artists, local art, and everyday life in Kibbutz Ga’aton

Participants:
― Insiders, a project of personal works by the dancers of the Kibbutz Dance Company. At the heart of the work Insiders is the deep desire of the dancers of the Kibbutz Dance Company to create and delve into unfamiliar realms of artistic expression. Guided by a shared vision, they experiment with new ways of expressing movement and break through the boundaries of the physical and the imaginary. Through rigorous processes of inquiry, they strive to discover the essence of personal and collective identity, and to unravel the complex fabric of their emotions, experiences and aspirations. By embracing the power of movement, they give voice to the unspoken, allowing emotions and ideas to resonate with viewers.
― Ga’aton Artists Collective, a group of artists from various disciplines who came together during a dark period around October 7th, working together with great hope to bring light.
