9 am – 10 am Visit the Ofir Farm & Family Winery in Alon HaGalil
We will start the morning at the Ofir Farm, a boutique family vineyard, winery, and apiary in a beautiful oak grove along with a handmade wooden visitor center. The family story is fascinating — generations of farmers, beekeepers, and wine people. A morning of coffee, pastry, wine, and honey. Not kosher.
10 am – 11 am Head to Kibbutz Tuval
11 am – 12 pm Visit the Award-Winning Stern Winery in Kibbutz Tuval
A boutique winery run by a man whose name precedes him — Johnny Stern. Johnny is a Brazilian, who immigrated as a teenager and fulfilled his dream about twenty years ago. He started making wine as a second career, and his wine has won him fame and awards all over the world. The guided wine tastings are fascinating and the wines are kosher.
12 pm – 12:15 pm Head to Kibbutz Kishorit
12:15 pm – 1:30 pm Visit the Kishor Winery with Added Value in Kishorit
The Kishor Winery is located in the special village of Kishorit, a village that is a home for adults with special needs and/or mental disabilities. The winery is one of the places of employment for residents and has a beautiful visitor center with a view of the vineyards where you can sip on award-winning wines. Kosher. Enjoy a dairy meal alongside the wines.
1:30 pm – 2:30 pm Drive to the Picturesque Village of Tarshiha
2:30 pm – 3:30 pm Drive through the Village of Tarshiha & enjoy Buza
The name Buza means ice cream in Arabic, a delicious ice cream that everyone loves. Buza’s roots are planted deep in the Galilee – with love for the raw materials, flavors, smells – this is the foundation of our ice cream, which is made daily from the best and freshest raw ingredients. Buza was born as an Arab-Jewish collaboration – between Adam from Kibbutz Sasa and Alaa from Tarshiha.
3:30 pm – 4 pm Drive to the Christian Village of Mi’ilya
4 pm – 5 pm Visit the Julia Winery in Mi’ilya
At the entrance to the village of Mi’ilya is the small family winery – Julia, named after the mother of the family. Anan, the second generation of the family winery will taste the wines together with you and help end the day in a memorable way. Not kosher.
