In the heart of the Galilean landscape, facing the impressive peak of Mount Meron, lies the Buza Galilean Ice Cream branch in the beautiful Kibbutz Sasa. The branch is located next to the Buza production plant ― the place where over 100 different flavors are crafted, in a meticulous and precise process from especially high-quality raw materials.
On the menu, you will find the beloved classics such as cashew, Buza, pistachio, and sea chocolate, alongside changing seasonal flavors and creative innovations that are constantly born in the nearby factory. In addition, a selection of unique sorbets and ice creams with no added sugar awaits you.
You can enjoy the ice cream in special cups, and the sweet experience is also joined by fine coffee and a pampering dessert menu ― all based on ice cream, of course.
Buza was born from a collaboration between Kibbutz Sasa, today led by Gil Kishonovsky and Alaa Sweetat, a native of Tarshiha. The partnership began with a shared dream in 2012: to create locally crafted, seasonal ice cream that celebrates the Galilee we love and the unique, diverse human mosaic that calls it home.
