In the central square of the village of Tarshiha lies the first branch of Buza Galilean Ice Cream ― a place where the Galilee meets exquisite sweetness.
Alongside the beloved and familiar flavors such as cashew, Buza, pistachio, and sea chocolate, you will find changing seasonal flavors and new, intriguing developments that await you. In addition, you will enjoy a unique selection of sorbets from the fruits of the Galilee, vegan ice creams, and ice creams with no added sugar.
You can receive the ice creams in special cups, and alongside them indulge in a cup of quality coffee or choose from a rich dessert menu based entirely on ice cream.
Buza was born from a collaboration between Kibbutz Sasa, today led by Gil Kishonovsky and Alaa Sweetat, a native of Tarshiha. The partnership began with a shared dream in 2012: to create locally crafted, seasonal ice cream that celebrates the Galilee we love and the unique, diverse human mosaic that calls it home.
