Chef Adelina’s restaurant in Kibbutz Cabri invites you to enjoy cooling off a bit from the heat with delicious and affordable business lunches with a selection of local flavors on Wednesdays and Thursdays between 11 pm – 5 pm

• Beef carpaccio with lime vinaigrette and parmesan

*The tapas are served as a starter, when ordering two main courses. Orderan additional item for a fee.

• Pasta in olive oil, garlic and herbs
• Freekeh with seasonal vegetables
• Red and black wild rice with cream, mushrooms and baked vegetables

• Chicken marinated in za’atar with mashed potatoes
• Chicken liver sautéed in Marsala wine and onions with Freekeh
• Meat and eggplant pastry with baked vegetables and tahini and yogurt sauce

• Grilled ribs in red wine sauce and beef stock with mashed potatoes and glazed cabbage
