Safta (Grandma) Maha from the Druze village of Hurfeish invites you to an authentic Druze culinary experience, offering a wide variety of fresh and delicious Druze foods.
The Menu Includes:
- Traditional stuffed dishes: grape leaves, cabbage, and zucchini. Mujaddara, Shulabato, and Mansaf – both with chicken and lamb. A selection of fresh salads, delicious arias, chicken breast stuffed with pita, and fatayer with different fillings such as a za’atar, pepper, and spinach.

Hagit Lidror — Healthy Cooking with Love
Hagit Lidror from the village of Clil, is a chef who specializes in healthy food — vegetarian and vegan, and her kitchen produces beautiful and delicious dishes.
For the holidays, Hagit offers a selection of vegan desserts including rich dark chocolate pralines and cashew mousse desserts with seasonal flavors (lemon, coffee, mango, strawberry, chocolate, coconut, and more…) made from rich ingredients, handmade, and with a lot of love!
In honor of the holiday, the desserts are packed in designed gift boxes, so that you can indulge and pamper your loved ones. Sweet, healthy, delicious, nutritious, happy — all in one bite!
