Prickly Pear or Strawberry Sorbet – Buza Ice Cream
Adam and Alaa opened their first Buza shop in the summer of 2012 believing in friendship and good ice cream.
Ingredients:
400 Grams peeled prickly pear or
Strawberry
600 Grams syrup
Preparation of syrup:
(general rececipe – ideal for any sorbet)
700 Grams of water
150 Grams of white sugar
100 Grams glucose
Preparation:
Crush the prickly pears, mix the fruit
and the syrup together and freeze!
