Flavored Cheese Loaf – Hassi Naveh
Another easy recipe for quick preparation and not dirty, because when preparing countless breakfasts, it will be interesting and varied and uncomplicated.

You can make any amount of milk preferably at least 2 liters.
Important the vinegar is poured while stirring and do not stop stirring until the liquid in the pot is almost transparent.

4 liters of milk
1\4 cup Vinegar
Salt

Preparation:
Heat the milk in a saucepan to a boil (until small bubbles are seen in the margins) turn off and remove from the fire
Mix the milk and pour vinegar and a little salt, stirring to form chunks of hump.
While warm, filter the chunks of liquid and place in a basket one layer after another, sprinkling spices between the layers
Cool slightly until most of the liquid has come out.
