Recipe feeds six people ― kosher vegan dish.
Ingredients:
- 1/2 kg Arborio rice type 800 ml
- Coconut cream (2 cans)
- 5 grams of nutmeg (1 teaspoon)
- 25 grams of truffle puree
- 25 grams of sugar
- 10 grams of salt
- 100 ml olive oil
- A basket of champignon mushrooms
- A basket of portobello mushrooms
Method of Preparation:
- Steam the rice in a pot with 1 liter of water for about 15 minutes
- In a separate pot pour olive oil, 2 chopped baskets of the mushrooms, add salt, sugar, truffle puree and nutmeg and wait for caramelization
- Add the steamed rice and the coconut cream
- Cook over high heat while constantly stirring until a uniform velvety texture is obtained
- Serve in a deep central plate and send pictures to Hadaral’e!
