The use of visual language and the little use of text, allow speakers of all different languages to enjoy the show equally. The ‘Zikit’ team consists of professional theater people, Jews, and Arabs living in the Galilee who represent the human mosaic in the area.
The Zikit Theater operates in the Tefen Industrial Center in the Galilee and they also perform throughout Israel and around the world every year. The theater has participated in international festivals and won many awards.
Zikit holds performances for the general public alongside invited performances for organized groups. The ‘Zikit’ Theater includes a playhouse, a rehearsal hall, workshops for creating dolls and sets, and a cafe.
