As a lover of yeast, I have always been enchanted by the delicious aroma that fills the house while baking pastries! After learning from a skilled baker how to prepare challah and achieve the perfect texture in the dough, I spent countless hours perfecting my own technique. Now, I am excited to share with you my hands-on technique and scientific knowledge for practical success and building confidence in your abilities, even if you have no prior experience in baking.

Light refreshment corner with wine, hot drinks, and snacks throughout the workshop. Practical and theoretical knowledge of baked goods.
After the workshop, we will sit down together and enjoy the fruits of our labor, as well as salads, cheeses, and dips – all handmade with love. You will also receive beautiful packaging with the products we have prepared, recipes, and great tips for recreating the workshop’s success in your own home.
The support doesn’t end there! Yaarit will continue to provide you with guidance and assistance until you achieve amazing results on your own!

Western Galilee Now is a registered non-profit grassroots organization (NGO) promoting awareness and appreciation for the region’s boutique wines, beers, food and produce, along with its cultural diversity, its historic traditions and the area’s scenic routes nestled between the mountains and the Mediterranean Sea acting as a Chamber of Commerce to boutique tourism operators in the region.
We expose the visitors to the unique heritage and hospitality through workshops, culinary events, art, music, guides tours, festivals and also through our Tourist Information Center in Akko, owned by JNF USA which we were chosen to operate since Jan. 2016.
Our vision is to develop local and foreign tourism based on close cooperation between all the interested parties in the region.
