For anyone looking for a unique meal for two, the Hadaral’e Restaurant invites you to enjoy the restaurant’s “Sharing Menu”. The Sharing Menu is a menu for two in which you can savor a full and luxurious meal for two that includes a jug of lemonade, homemade bread, three appetizers ― rich garden salad, roasted eggplant, and beet carpaccio; two main courses to choose from the restaurant’s variety of high-quality main courses and, of course, a hot chocolate soufflé for dessert.
The Hadaral’e Restaurant was founded in 2005 by the couple Sivan and Hadar Amsalem as a fulfillment of a shared dream. Chef Sivan Amsalem is a chef with a type 5 certificate in the Gourmet Department of the Ministry of Industry, Trade & Tourism and a graduate of the HEG Program at the Le Cordon Bleu High School of Culinary Studies in France at the University of Reims. The restaurant received the name from the owner’s nickname “Hadaral’e” ― who will always be happy to host you with pleasure.
Chef Sivan Amsalem says that his passion for cooking and the kitchen appeared at a very young age combined with a love of aesthetics and art, together he and Hadar have made a mutual dream reality.
