Groups and organizations are invited to book private events — concerts in the living room of David and Dana Gru’s home in Kfar Vradim facing a spectacular Galilean landscape.
The concerts include participation with the best artists and ensembles from Israel and the world alongside David Gru, the owner and musician in the New Israeli Opera Orchestra in a joint performance with various ensembles.
The Philharmonic In The Countryside accommodation includes a gathering in a huge living room in the Gru family home and a spectacular balcony in front of a beautiful Galilean view, boutique wine, and indulgent refreshments.
The events are moderated by David Gru, musician, performer, and composer during an intimate meeting with the musicians, open dialogue, and stories behind the scenes of the works.
By prior arrangement, you can invite David with a musical band to your place.
The hospitality and refreshments can be customized, starting from the musical ensembles to the refreshments.
David and his wife Dana wanted to share the Galilean magic with everyone, and thus “Philharmonic In The Countryside” was born — a combination of inviting home hospitality, chamber music, good wine, and a spectacular Galilean view.
Western Galilee Now is a registered non-profit grassroots organization (NGO) promoting awareness and appreciation for the region’s boutique wines, beers, food and produce, along with its cultural diversity, its historic traditions and the area’s scenic routes nestled between the mountains and the Mediterranean Sea acting as a Chamber of Commerce to boutique tourism operators in the region.
We expose the visitors to the unique heritage and hospitality through workshops, culinary events, art, music, guides tours, festivals and also through our Tourist Information Center in Akko, owned by JNF USA which we were chosen to operate since Jan. 2016.
Our vision is to develop local and foreign tourism based on close cooperation between all the interested parties in the region.
