The menu at Hadarale varies and we also offer specials – various Vegan, or Gluten-free dishes for adults and children.
Chef Sivan Amsalem says that his passion for cooking and the kitchen appeared at a very young age combined with a love of aesthetics and art, together he and Hadar have made a mutual dream reality.
