The wild space of the Achu Cafe allows for an optimal space for workshops and seminars in nature. Health, sustainability, interpersonal relationships, nature, and culinary arts are the thread that connects the workshop topics. The workshops focus on both a physical and practical experience of “putting the material” and theoretical content that is conveyed by professionals from Clil and the Western Galilee. The encounter between nature, material, and silence, together with Clil and its people, creates a profound experience for visitors. An experience that stays with them for some time after the workshop.
Workshops at the cafe can be booked by prior arrangement.
Hedo and Hani are family members who found a special connection through their shared love of hospitality, food, and love of people. Hedo built the charming cafe in the meadow with his own hands and brought Hani, his partner, to join him, who always dreamed of opening a cafe.
