An experiential cooking workshop with the owner of the Aluma restaurant, Alaa Sweitat, in a beautiful and modeled kitchen.
We will share work positions, we will build a whole menu together and at the end we will sit down for a joint meal made by our own hands.
The workshop is customized according to the client’s needs, the type of event, and by prior arrangement.

The workshop can also be held in the afternoon.
Alaa Sweitat, who worked at Aluma as a bartender when he was younger, became one of its owning partners over the years.
