Start the tour with a rich breakfast at the Alto Dairy – a boutique family dairy for rural goat cheeses in Kibbutz Shomrat.

Alto Dairy is a rural, boutique, family-run dairy, cafe, deli, and bakery. Alto makes its cheeses from fine Galilean goat milk, using traditional methods common in rural areas of Europe. The dairy emphasizes a healthy line alongside rich gourmet cheeses. You can also enjoy rich and indulgent breakfasts and lunches.
The place is accessible and kosher.
The next stop is the Rosh HaNikra site and a descent to the steepest cable cars in the world.

Rosh HaNikra Nature Reserve is a unique nature reserve located at the northern end of Israel’s Mediterranean coast and is equipped with a steep cliff that descends into the Mediterranean Sea and its rugged coastline. The caves are distinguished by their unique beauty, changing colors at different times of the day and with the change of seasons. The caves appear at their best at sunset and during a storm. The length of the natural cave path is about 200 meters.
From Rosh HaNikra, we will drive to the Tefen Industrial Area for a tour of the Malka boutique brewery, including a beer tasting.

In 2008, the brewery was located in Kibbutz Yehiam amidst a Galilean landscape facing the sea. Since then, the brewery has specialized in producing beers using the traditional method and in small quantities. The production process begins with the use of the highest quality raw materials and continues with strict quality control, and no compromise on the level of the final beer. Malka Beer Salon – In the brewery’s new production complex, the “ Beer Salon” has been opened, where you can sit with friends, drink fresh beer, and indulge in the flavors of the cuisine that is located, like at home, right next to the salon. The place is also open to groups and tours.
And for the last stop of this trip – a visit to the Shtula Village on the Lebanese border, the “Talking Walls” project and a homemade, authentic Kurdish lunch made by Shula.

Shula Giladi, lives in a village nestled on the Lebanese border. The road to the village leads through one of the most beautiful roads in the Western Galilee.
Shula serves delicacies in her home and in her green garden, the most famous of which is the kubbeh with okra. At the end of the meal, tea, pastries and jams are served and Shula is happy to tell her personal and fascinating story, which she dips into with a lot of humor and usually ends with a poem.
