In 2008 the brewery settled in Kibbutz Yehi’am, at the foot of the Yehi’am Fortress, surrounded by Galilean views and facing the sea.
Ever since the brewery specializes in making ales the traditional way and in small batches.
The production process begins with using the highest quality raw materials and carries on with strict quality control and uncompromising final product standards.
The water used in the beer-making process comes from the Ga’aton Springs, adjacent to the kibbutz – and it’s simply delicious.
Malka Beer Garden – In 2010, the Malka Beer Garden (Malka in Hebrew means queen) was opened next to the brewery in Kibbutz Yehi’am. The Courtyard borders a natural grove overlooking Yehi’am Valley and Haifa Bay.
On weekends the Courtyard serves different Malka draft beers with snacks and light meals.
On Thursdays, live sunset shows are sometimes also on the menu, you are welcome to ask!
Over time, the courtyard has become a favorite hangout spot for locals and visitors from all over Israel.
During the weekly group visits and private events can be booked.
Malka Beer Salon – the Malka Salon was opened at the brewery’s new production hall. Here you can sit with friends, drink fresh beer, and enjoy tasty food from the kitchen. Group visits and tours are also available.
