Buza (“ice cream” in Arabic) is an Arab-Jewish collaboration between Adam from Kibbutz Sasa and Alaa from Tarshiha. Buza’ is deeply rooted in the Galilee ― in a love for raw materials, flavors, and aromas. This is the basis for the unique ice cream, which is made daily with meticulous handwork and from the freshest and finest raw materials.
