Shahaf Avraham and Tomer Swissa are friends from the north who worked together for several years. After many years of experience in leading restaurants in the country, the two decided to fulfill their shared dream and opened Tosha Bakery. The origin of the name is the combination of their names – Tomer and Shahaf.
