Tomato Salad — Eldad Bahar from Omanya
Ingredients:
Tomatoes – as many as possible!
1 lemon (whole)
1 lemon (juice)
1 purple onion
Basil leaves or mint (nana) leaves
Salt, pepper, olive oil, balsamic vinegar
Preparation:
Take as many ripe and hard tomatoes as you can (preferably from the field or as fresh as possible)
First cut them in half and then slice them
Peel a whole lemon and dice it
1 purple onion diced
Basil leaves or mint (nana) leaves – preferably fresh from the garden
Pour a lot of fresh lemon juice, salt, pepper, olive oil, and a bit of balsamic vinegar over the tomatoes and serve
