Tofu and Dried Tomatoes Spread — Karmit Arbel Rumbak

Ingredients:

• Package of tofu
• 1/4 cup of olive oil
• A handful of dried tomatoes
• 2-3 cloves of garlic
• Rosemary
• Salt
• Pepper

Preparation:

1. Take the tofu package, add a quarter cup of olive oil (it is not an exact science)
2. Add a handful of dried tomatoes, 2-3 cloves of garlic, rosemary leaves
3. Add salt and pepper
4. Using a grinder, blend until a smooth, delicious spread is obtained
5. Great pastry, no preservatives, and no disposable plastic utensils to then throw in the trash
