The Givatayim Theatre Cafe will become a home for quality Galilean cuisine during the four-day Galilean Winter Festival, under the direction of Itay Nachmias from Eat.i Catering, combined with culinary consulting from Galilean Chef Barak Yehezkeli.
Festival guests will enjoy a quality menu that combines special dishes and produce from the Galilee, such as stuffed grape leaves from the kitchen of Safta Maha from Hurfeish, muesli with granola from Cafe Kamah, jujube honey from the Ofir farm, and seasonal fruits from organic farming by Laga’at BaSade, Malka beer, malabi from the Malabi House in Old Akko, sweets from Sweet Moments in Jat, cheese platters from the Alto Dairy in Kibbutz Shomrat, wines from five Galilean wineries including Stern Winery, Kishor Winery, Lotem Organic Winery, Julia Winery, and the Ofir farm winery, cakes, herbal teas, and so much more!!
