Granola – The Kamah Association
Step 1
Ingredients:
- 700 grams oatmeal
- 140 grams sesame seeds
- 120 grams sunflower seeds
- 100 gram whole almonds
- 25 grams pecans or hazelnuts
- 10 grams of cinnamon
Preparation:
Mix all of the above
Step 2
Ingredients:
- 40 grams of honey
- 150 grams of sugar
- 150 grams of milk
Preparation:
1. Mix together and heat until boiling point.
2. Add it to the dry mix and mix well!
3. Add 125 grams of oil and mix well.
4. Put into a preheated oven of 150 degrees Celsius and bake for 25 minutes.
5. Recommendation: bake on 3 separate baking pans for even baking of the granola.
6. When finished baking add 50 grams of raisins and mix them together.
