In light of the success of the Western Galilee Now Winter Festival, chefs Yaarit Stern and Nohad Bisan are once again entering the kitchen together, and inviting you to an experience that embraces the heart, culture, and flavors ― a meeting of two cuisines ― Jewish and Druze. A fine culinary experience in which we will knead, roll, discover, and fold ― and most importantly, cook and bake together. While working, we will also delve into stories of home, connection to the land, and traditions that are passed down from generation to generation through hands and hearts.
Together we will create a rich, colorful table full of aromas that activate all the senses and sit down for a shared meal by candlelight.
