You are invited to a workshop where we will learn the secrets of soft cheese technology.
The workshop lasts about two and a half hours and is taught by Azi Mitrani, a cheesemaker with 15 years of experience in the best dairies in our country, today a cheesemaker at the Flora Flourishing Dairy in Kibbutz Lotem.
No prior knowledge is required. After the workshop, you will know how to make real soft cheese at home from raw milk and return home with cheese that you yourself have made.
During the workshop, a Flora cheese plate will be served that includes hard, lactic and rind-washed cheeses with a guided tasting.
