The Achu Cafe invites you to sit under the shade of ancient olive trees to enjoy a fine menu that includes Mediterranean dishes made from local ingredients and an uplifting performance. Original music that combines elements from the East and West and gives new expression to the inspiration that comes from ancient musical traditions with a contemporary musical language.
Boaz Galili – musician and composer, master of bowed and stringed instruments from the traditions of the Mediterranean basin and the Near East. In his work, Persian, Turkish, Greek, Balkan, and Jewish sounds are combined with Western elements. Together they create a new space of personal and emotional expression. Boaz plays the lyre, kamancha, guitar, Persian tar, and other instruments. His music ranges from an intimate touch to an overwhelming celebration of sounds, offering a unique bridge between East and West, between the ancient and the modern, between the personal journey and a connection to the general public.
This evening is another successful collaboration between the Philharmonic In The Countryside, a project that unites the best artists and ensembles from Israel and the world in unique events in the Western Galilee, and the Achu Cafe ― a cafe in nature, in the ecological village of Clil, which offers a surprising and creative culinary space with a direct connection to the landscape and tranquility of the Galilee.
The intimate encounter with the musician is accompanied by open dialogue and behind-the-scenes stories, where music meets nature and community.

Hedo and Hani are family members who found a special connection through their shared love of hospitality, food, and love of people. Hedo built the charming cafe in the meadow with his own hands and brought Hani, his partner, to join him, who always dreamed of opening a cafe.
