Zikit Theater is a multidisciplinary and multi-cultural theater, operating at Tefen in the Galilee.
The use of a visual universal language and few spoken words, makes the shows equally enjoyable for speakers of different languages.
Zikit Theater showcases rich and versatile means of expression including a puppet theater, object theater, movement and dance, and shadow theater. Most of the shows don’t use spoken words.
For many years now, Pablo Ariel, creator, actor and director, has been holding sessions combining a lecture with video clips from his long career.
In the session, he talks about different works of his, created in response to political or social events happening in Israel.
The audience actively participates in the lecture and has an open dialog with the artist.
The lecture is given in Israel and different places around the world, in universities in the US and Mexico and of course at Zikit Theater in the Western Galilee.
An actor and director of live visual theater. After touring the world, he settled in the Western Galilee and began working and creating here.
