Omnia (which means wish), is the first Galilean meat chef restaurant of its kind in Israel, the restaurant was founded by Fadi Dabbah, third generation of the “Dabbah” meat empire.
In the heart of the Western Galilee, facing the open landscape, lies Omnia ― a meat chef restaurant that offers a local, seasonal, and unforgettable flavor experience.
The restaurant was established with the aim of creating a quality meat experience ― different from anything we have known.
From the very entrance to Omnia, diners encounter the Blue Label refrigerator containing select cuts carefully selected from Fadi Dabbah’s private Angus pasture ― all raised in the Galilee on pasture and natural food, and then undergo a meticulous 45-day dry aging process in the restaurant itself.
In addition to the premium cuts, the menu also offers creative dishes based on special parts, which undergo precise treatment and cooking by the restaurant’s chef, Asil Sharif.
The classic sides give way to salads, greens, cheeses, and herbs collected from the best producers in the Galilee and reflect the seasons and the Galilean soil.
Omnia is a combination of agriculture, culinary arts, and love for the Galilee – a place that tells the story of excellent meat, from the field to the plate.
