In the Angus cuts on the bone meal, the customer chooses an aged cut that he wants on the bone with the help of the chef or one of the waiters and according to the available cuts in the display case, the cuts are served in the center of the table along with side dishes and a bread dish.
The price will be according to the weight of the cut and its type. Prices range from 48-55 NIS per 100 grams and the weights range from 700 grams to 1120 grams. Order according to weight and availability.
Fadi Dabbah, an entrepreneur and culinary visionary, founded the Omnia By Angus Restaurant inspired by his grandfather, Saleh Dabbah. Fadi’s grandfather started his career as a shepherd in the Galilee and established a small butcher shop in a village that over the years became the largest meat empire in Israel.
